RedRoomDVD is a progressive Australian company revolutionizing the DVD rental market in Australia, New Zealand and beyond. We were founded with the belief that there just had to be a better way to rent DVDs. Now, thousands of people are experiencing that reality every day at our expanding network of interactive ‘semi automated’ DVD rental stores. Compared to traditional video rental stores, our business model has greater customer appeal, is more cost efficient and has greater longevity.

RedRoomDVD’s first franchise operation opened in September 2006.
What are we looking for in new RedRoomDVD Franchisee?
Experience in the DVD rental industry isn’t essential as we provide comprehensive training. The core attributes we are looking for in new franchisees are:

What locations are RedRoomDVD focused on?
We are focused on expanding our store network rapidly in Sydney, ACT, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide and NZ. We are eager also to speak to passionate applicants in other major centres.

Setup Costs $245,000 to $280,000
What Training and support is provided for Franchisees?
Franchisees undergo a 3 week training program comprising 2 days classroom training and 3 days in-store training at one of the RedRoomDVD company owned stores. The remainder of the training program is done in your new shop with a RedRoomDVD Training Manager.
